It is complete BS.
My old T is so inconsistant that I just wish I never saw her.
Well she said that she thinks she should have referred me straight away.
I hate psychotherapy.
It is a giant set up.
It F**** up your mind, your life, all your schedule has to revolve around whether you can see T or not.
Then for what, so when they get sick of you or have limits or don't wanna help, wanna terminate you, get frustrated with you they can just get rid of you to someone else like a ball being thrown from person to person.
There is no control and the power difference is so large and not able to be decreased.
My old T is meant to be helping me process the termination however she is not doing anything to help.
She has betrayed me and taken advantage of my trust and commitment to treatment.
I really hate therapy so much....!!!!
