I am sorry you are feeling so much stress. I do understand the bikes for where I live when they come through going to bike week here, they can really startle me and they are so loud it hurts my ears. As far as going to therapy, I hope you will try to make it. Since it has been so long, I would hate for you to miss this. And I would hate for her to cancel out. Is there anyway you could call your t and talk with them about your fears and see if they have any suggestions for you? It would be worth a try. I hope things work out for you.
