Thanks KD (((((((((((((hugs))))))))))) The court in WI does the whole "best interest of the kids" thing based on about a dozen items. They listen to everyone involved and then decide where the kids should be. It's not like when my parents divorced 30 years ago and I just went with my mom.

My lawyer said I or he could contact the GAL and tell her my daughter doesn't want to go, but when I met him in person the next day he didn't elaborate and we were talking about other things and I forgot to bring it up.
