Ok after re reading your post a few times and googling "drug induced dissociation disorder" I found many sourses that say yes you can.
the key here for me was rereading your post and seeing you didnt ask if it could cause a specific dissociation disorder. you asked if you can make yourself develop a dissociation "conditions" Conditions can be symptoms, disorders or any other problems. So yes taking medicines like this can cause you to have dissociation conditions (symptoms and problems).

in the third paragraph there is many examples of things that can cause dissociation conditions one of them is drugs, medicaitons are drugs the legal kind.
