Hi, I'm new to the board, wanted to say "hi!" Just lowered by Effexor XR dose to 112.5 mg after being on 150 mg for 3 years. I've only been on this dose for a few days however I don't feel as "foggy" as I used to. How do others feel after lowering their anti-depressant doses? It's a scary as I have "relied" on it for so long, more for anxiety.
