With use of drugs you may become detached from reality. but to be DID you have to be able to deal with the reality of pass abuse and stil have part that can live day by day. The rumor that only a person with scizxophania can hear voice for got to mention the fact that when the body talks in diferent voice the body carriage changes too for those with DID symptoms. What we do is survive that which most are not able to survive from. we are the masters of disguise until the inner walls come tumbling down and we have to put humpty dumpty back together again from all the peices that bear the pain of past abuse good luck. here are some question that we use to ask our self when we felt unreal........
1. are we skizo?
do we only hear voices in our head?
....nope we talk in diferent voices and come in all ages
do meds work for us?
...nope may make the voices go away but not the pain or the desires from them. in fact we learn that alters that are proned to self harm will use this time to hurt the body to be set free from the pain it carries for us.
2. are we demon possed?
....nope we go to church , even have no problems being covered in holy water.
...even had a couple of exersism performed on us to make sure. notta nothing change.
3. Are we DID/MPD?
...we talk and feel different from each other, Even if we share the same fear we deal with it differently.
... we each have our own likes and dislikes of things.
...we each have our own skills, abilities and desires.
...we feel each others pain as we learn to grow together.
...this is what we are we can not change that what we are but we can heal and grow and become more then what we where in the past. We can heal when given the right surport to do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOW THATS MY STORY AND I'M STICKING TO IT!!!!!!!!
FROM THE BORG, THE ANDERSONS, THE DALMATIONS, THE WILD THINGS AND THE TROOPS AMEN.
