Write what you can about the SI. Mail it to your therapist. You might also ask the therapist to send you some questions he/she may have after reading what you wrote. You can work on those. It may be a good idea to mention you are having a hard time disclosing what you want to say.

The idea is to start getting this stuff out so your therapist can help you. Do what you can and go from there.
