I know about that 'full' of anxiety feeling. It comes into us just like anger does, and it's hard to let it out again.
Sorry to hear you're feeling like this, and that your PC life is compromised. I wouldn't be ashamed of anything I had written here, but I don't think everyone would understand it.
This might be a time to try to slow down, and cope directly with your symptoms. I usually switch off and fall back on my strategies when things are really tough.
It's not our fault that we are ill.
