Therapy and the therapeutic relationship are wonderful additions to one's life.
It is so relieving to have someone to talk to on a regular basis. Someone who cares about your emotional well being.

Here is a site that helped me when I was deciding about entering into therapy again: www.guidetopsychology.com

It costs me $70-$120 a week depending on how often I go (sometimes twice a week). I don't have insurance to use for this.

It has helped me so much! I was an emotional wreck when I began. Mood swings, meltdowns, horrible anxiety, living in a very closed off, avoidant world. Today I have a much more comfortable life, I am including more people in my life, and with the therapist--I keep learning about what makes me tick

Why not give it a try and see how it goes?
Thanks for this!
