I have found T really helpful. I started going when I thought I was depressed. It was scary at first because I didn't know what to expect, but I was able to go at my own speed and it has helped me learn to deal with the stresses in my life better which helps keep the depression at bay. One thing to know is that it isn't a miracle cure. It takes a lot of work. Good luck with whatever you decide.
