First, you must be very honest with your therapists. He or she will not be able to help you if your not honest. It will take time for your therapists to get to know you. My therapists got to know me really good. While she was getting to know me she was offerring me coping methods. She would encourage me to do things in my life differantly than what I was doing. She made me feel that I was a valuable person a good mother no matter what anyone else thought. Don't get me wrong, she would point out my mistakes when she felt it was nessasary. I no longer have insurance and can't afford therapy. She has also retired and I miss her terribly. But if you want it to work for you tell everything, good, bad and indefferant. You'll be ok.

Good Luck!
Thanks for this!
