I notice each step and I focus on the sole of my foot and the entire process of the step; how my heel makes contact first, then the rest of my foot to toes. Sometimes sitting I can just wiggle my toes and feel grounded and relaxed.

Thanks for posting this little tip. My therapist actually taught me this one and I do find it to very helpful.
