Just wanted you to know that we are here and listening. I think others here have given you great advice. Going off your meds can be dangerous. Many can effect you in ways that are not good. Please contact your doc or someone to let them know you have run out. I know it is the weekend so maybe calling the hospital would be the way to go.
You do deserve to find a way to help you. Getting samples is a great way and so many times is possible just by letting them know your situation. I know meds are expensive but they are needed and given for a reason. Please do not let this go.
As far as the rollarcoaster goes, I can understand that. Some weeks or days or even hours I can feel okay but then out of no where drops the coaster into a plunge that takes me down. Not knowing where it comes from yet knowing it is there. It happens to many and the reason may be known but many times it is not.
So much goes on each day for all of us and many things are out of our control. This can lead us to feeling so many things. Depression is one that lies to us and catches us when we least expect it. It pulls you down before you even realize it had a grip. And it does not care who it hits for it does not have an agenda just reaches in when we are not even asking for it.
Depression works alone and it does not need an invite. But it can pull you down fast. Meds are sometimes crucial to keep that balance that keeps us standing upright. Sometimes tetering before the plaunge. And when we are taking the pull back up they can balance our thoughts and feelings.
I know that many of us ride that rollercoaster many times. I know for me, I like the times between the rides. Thank you for posting and I hope you will look into getting meds through your doc, hospital, or other places that can help. Know we are here and we care. Please keep posting. Sending gentle hugs.
