I think it should be legalized. Jeez, things like cigarettes and alchohol are legal and yet they place marijuana up there with stuff like heroin and crack!! It is my belief that smoking marijuana is no different that occaisonally having a drink.
Of course it has a possibility of abuse but so does alchohol and cigarettes and they are legal.
