Thank you reaching out and posting. I am sorry you are feeling so bad. Can I say that nothing is wrong with you. We all want to feel safe and loved. And I can tell you there are so many times I feel so unsafe and I cannot feel love or even the feeling that anyone loves me. So many times as we grow up we are unsafe and we do not know love that it is no wonder these feelings are so real to many of us.

And even when someone says they love us and they probably do we cannot connect that part of us that never knew it to believe or to even go there. For why should we? Someone once told us they loved us and then something that did not feel like love happened what more can we compare it to for then love equaled pain and that is not love. And when that pain comes how were we suppose to feel safe.

I am not sure what is going on for you but I hear you saying you want to feel safe. And you want to feel loved. I know that feeling of not wanting to be afraid anymore. It is so real I can reach out and touch it. So many times we hide away trying to find some sort of way to not be afraid. Coming here many times can help. Talking about the scary helps.

Do you see a t at all? Do you have anyone you can talk to IRL? You can talk here and tell us what it is that you are afraid of. Sometimes we may not really know but something is making us feel that way. I just want you to know that you are not alone. Right now we are feeling afraid too. Maybe that is why we are trying to reach out to you.
