Since you are not getting an answer back, and apparently time ATM is of an essence.
Is it possible to show up at that door, and ask whoever answers to see if she is available to come to the door?
At least you will have showed your interest and apologize if you seemed dis-interested, by not making it to her yoga class.
Best short term solution, to a possible friendship save. IMO.
