I have had small episodes similar to what you have describe. The hustle and bustle of a commute can be a serious overload on my senses and trigger all kinds of weird emotional and sensory responses. The best thing for me to do is stop everything I am doing and focus on getting my senses about me again. I hope you are feeling better now. Shalom.
