Thank you. I try to surround my self with family but its just hard for me to get out of the house unless I absolutely have to. Its another fear of mine. But I am going to make myself start going to this group that the lady at MHMR told me about. Its a support group for depression and bipolar. So just as long as I don't freak out before going or don't talk myself out of it I'm going.
