I worked through my anxiety. I am a very different person now. (The same basic person without all the dysfunction!). What I learned about anxiety is that if you grow up in a dysfunctional home where you experience anything but security, you will learn how to be anxious. I got better by working on me and my security. Tying the insecurity and anxiety that I felt in the moment to how I got it in the past and then putting that "right" in my head. It is certainly a process. Rooting out the insecurity of the past and building security in the present. I listened to relaxing music in headphones (actually a subliminal anxiety tape). I did relaxation exercises and yoga at home (I'll explain more if you want). You can work on this...........

And anxiety never comes for no reason. You might not be aware of it but your subconscious is and healing requires making the subconscious conscious so that you can understand and heal.
