Its not easy for those that have not gone through a mental illness to understand. Others try but they just can't.

I understand about the hospital, it can and is a little traumatic for all that have to go in there. I still, a year later feel anxiety towards having to go back. But every thing will be okay. All will work out. Just have strenght.
