Thank you. I'm trying to work through it all and I do know my main problem right now but I can't get out of the situation that I'm in right now until I start getting my disability and there's no telling how long it is going to take. I'm not able to work right now so I can afford to be on my own financially. And I'm afraid to be alone as well cause then I don't know what I would do to myself. And I do yoga and exercises at home also. I'm trying to figure out ways to deal with it.
