i know it feels just awful to feel unworthy of love. you are so courageous to share what you did with T. i think some of it's power will very slowly begin to diminish as you are bringing it into the light. in time i think you'll see it for the big fat deception that it is.

tree, all people are deserving of love just by their very existence. we don't have to do anything to be worthy of being loved. we can just BE.
