Hey guys...I'm so excited. I have been in a really deep slump for the past couple of months. But today in our mandatory command (Military) daily group pysical training, we had a Yoga class. It was phenomonal!!!
I feel so relaxed and all my stress and worries are gone! Now I can begin my workday with a clear mind and focused.
