I like sunrises suggestions, and on top of the cutting out caffeine, increasing exercise, avoiding naps, increasing relaxation, dont toss and turn - get up and do somehting else, banana and or milky drink b4 bed, wank b4 sleeptime, bed time ritual like cleaning teeth and get changed into pajamas, watch a calming upbeat tv show or book b4 sleep, imagining nice scenes in detail while falling asleep... decrease stimulation as bedtime approaches, deep breaths into your belly - inhale for 3 secs and hold 2secs then exhale 3 secs hold 2 secs repeat while focusing attention on breathing and relaxing body with each breath....less alcohol as it affects sleep....
there are many tricks... work with some for a few nights and if they dont work try others
