It might be best to find out if there's a solid reason why you're anemic.
Iron comes from a lot of sources, not just red meat - there's all the green leafy veggies to think about. And some supplements are easier for your body to absorb than others. Your best bet might be to have your dr. (or anyone that goes to one) recommend a dietician or nutritionist.
