I'm sorry you are in a tough place right now. I can relate to the lack of motivation 100%. I feel like I don't get anything done...sleep, eat, and go to work. Hang in there. I hope your therapist is able to give you some suggestions Going forward, I'm going to try to pick one thing to get done per day, be it folding laundry, dusting, etc. Baby steps, I guess. Good luck
