I have been where you are so, so often. Shame on your child's father. His neglectful behaviour is intolerable.

If I could send you something..I surely would. I am tapped out tho myself because of car repair expenses at the moment.

How is your communication with the HEEL? Can you ask him for the money? That is his child too. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
