Lynn - does the asterisk show up next to your own name?

Just asking, because I've only ever seen an asterisk next to *my* own name, and I kind of assumed it signified that I was 'invisible' on the boards - meaning that other's can't tell when I'm online. (Sometimes I wish I could make myself invisible IRL too)

But Ive never seen an asterisk next to anyone else's name.
If it DOES signify invisibility, it makes sense that I wouldn't see it next to anyone else's name, because I wouldn't be able to see their name, because they are invisible.
