My bf is absolutely convinced he has ADD. Sometimes he will be in the middle of a sentence and just stop talking. Then when I ask him what he was talking about he doesn't remember. He can't be working on one thing for more than 20 mins without getting distracted and going to some website and then 2 hours go by and he hasn't done anything. I went out with him to measure his plots (his masters research is on giant cane and we had to measure his plants for height and diameter) and there were several times where I had to say "okay lets go" or "okay measure it" because he would just get distracted and start talking while doing work. Does this sound like ADD? If so there is a research project going on at school through the psych dept. where they pay you to do certain projects and see if meds work or placebos etc... If this sounds like ADD I was going to ask him to do this research thing and see if he can find something that helps him concentrate.
