You won't need to party when you start out on Seroquel. My first few weeks were fuuuuun. Take's it about a half hour to kick in, and pray you're close to your bed! Then when you wake up, it's like being full-on drunk for a few hours, stumbling around, knocking into walls, etc. But, the side effects calm down, and you can wake without the drunk effect.
