I'm sorry you are struggling with this. I would go to your doc, and your therapist. One to get meds worked out so you can feel better. Also therapy. It is a great tool. I know it hard work but it does work if we put the effort into it. It may take time too.
I too have had many of the things you stated, depression taking over, not wanting to do anything, I can't focus, hard to even get out of bed. Just remember this is the depression talking to you, and you can over come this.
Stick with your meds and therapy. I think these are your best options right now.
