Has anyone here taken Abilify? If so what was your experience? Does anyone know much about the risks of Abilify?

A psychiatrist prescribed it but I'm afraid to take it because of the risk of neuroleptic malignant syndrome and tardive dyskinesia. If I were to stop the medication at the first sign of these would I be safe, or would they be permanent regardless? I'm really nervous about it and not sure I want to try the medication.
