Great post........I can take an hour & keep it going on to infinity....hoping for it to never end....

I have been able to find a way to get so involved in the hour that I don't have time to return to what was bothering me until something jerks me back to the other world I don't want to be in.

It is important to give ourselves the time to see the good aspects of our lives.....give ourselves the time to release our minds from the prison they find themselves in. It is very important to allow ourselves the opportunity to realize again what is feels like to be free.....& there is nothing wrong with extending the time for as long as we want.

Without the realization that these good feelings are not just something to be dreamed about & that they are really a part of us....it makes it harder & harder to find out way out of our prison.
