Don't worry about it, okay so that probably will add worry to it but, think of it this way, you vocalized it once, LET IT GO! Things will improve!! And if you are really worried try this, Don't let you mind wonder for 10 seconds and just tap on your right knee then left, and repeat for like 5 times. It does help, and then of course BREATH!!
