I have a ? I don't know what to do about a panic or not sure but mainly when I go out to eat I panic and it then leads me down a path that it feels like something is pushing hard on my back to turn back but at this point I need to get food out but I also realize I need to be cool and try to remain calm and trust that I am breathing otherwise I would be passed out.
I have been chocked purposely many times as a youngster and then held under water yet I was a Junior Olympic swimmer ranked 16th in the USA am I bragging no, we don't brag but it was nice shringthat. Yes, I write like I talk and I have these panic attacks as I was saying in public always eatting in a restaurant...
any comments or your input please be aware that I am sensitive....
I truly would like ideas on how ppl eat in restaurants and also do you think this is a common anxiety or panic attacks ? I really would like to learn to stop this behavior, all help truly would be appreciated.... ThaCrew
