You do have a lot on your plate. If it means anything, I've always admired how you are able to have such a hard job and cope with it so well. I wish I were as brave and together as you. I know you don't feel together, but you certainly pretend well. 
I have no suggestions, but just wanted you to know that even though you feel like you are failing, I think you're doing an awesome job!
