Have you tried your county's mental health assistance program? I used to see a pdoc and get meds for free. The last option would be to go to the ER and get meds. They can't turn you away. The side effects coming off suddenly can get a lot worse than you have described. Please get help somewhere quick before things get any worse! Hang in there and keep posting.
