Hmm...Sarah, I'm on 40 mg of Paxil daily and have no headaches, but I have never been bothered by headaches.
Since you are prone to migraines, I guess it could be the Paxil. Be careful with weaning yourself off the medication, however. Any time I've tried to wean myself off the meds, extreme anxiety ensues.
