Hey..
My OCD gets very very bad when im in a terrible mood Like Yesterday i was convinced touching a certain thing in my room had made everything go wrong ..so i Had to keep touching it until i felt better to try and kind of make it go back If that makes sense : S
Tbh i am starting to get convinced OCD is true..Like if i dont do certain things then things will go bad.Because they do ??
Also touching certain thing so make me feel bad and do make things go wrong thats why i have to retouch them over and over again at the momment things feel better when i touch them 11 times :/ numbers like 6 or 7 or 4 i find quite disgusting. >: (
Does anybody else feel like this..?
