I hope you all realize that my intentions are good with this thread. I am wanting peace and harmony! I don't want well loved members to leave and I don't want the hurt that goes with it. Aren't we all family here?

I just had the idea that 'two strikes and your'e out' would deter people from making the rash decision of leaving etc. It does seem to me that some do leave/comeback etc as an emotional hold on others.

But in anycase this idea has been met with opposition on the most part so it's unlikely to be taken up by admin. I do feel it is good to discuss these things from time to time and I'm grateful for the opportunity.
