No a two strikes rule would act as a deterent not a punishment. Members would know where they stand and wouldn't be playing emotional games with other members. What really is so very difficult about just taking a break? Is it that it doesn't create the mayhem that deleting an account does? Doesn't cause the impact.

As I said before, my intention was to have everyones views on this idea, it's very clear that it has been received in a negative way, I accept that and it's fine. Not my decision anyway!
