lol I actually enjoy the light fragrance of skunk when we drive by one on the road. But near the apartment is probably too much! You can try burning some dried sage. That's the only thing I know that gets the odor out of the air, but personally sage smells bad to me. Of course it would though since I like skunk smells xD. It's worth a shot then you can open a window and turn on some fans to get rid of the sage smell if you don't like it.
