hi angie. i was going to suggest journaling as well but saw what you said about it being read. i wonder if you could do it on your computer and somehow lock the file or email it to yourself or make it password protected or encrypt it. i think there are even sites where you have to log in with a password to access an online journal. oh, i did remember one i'd known about. just click on the first category where it says
sacred space to create a private online journal. (just ignore the faith stuff if that isn't your thing.

i take benedryl to help me sleep. it works pretty well. i just started taking vitamin D supplements (5,000 i.u.-the max you can safely take daily) as i read on my doctor's site that a deficiency can cause one to stay up later and later and i'm a total night owl.
