I don't understand the settings. I did an online search and I still don't understand... What I want to do is remove the most moisture so do I set it at 40percent or 70 percent...

What I don't understand is if the setting is at 40% does that mean the dehumidifier takes out 40% of the moisture? And 60$ takes out 60% of the moisture? I be a confused lady here.. I don't want to remove only a little bit of moisture, I want to take all of of out........

Anyone know which setting I should use to take the MOST moisture out of room in the basement.........
