This is my first post in this section. I'm a big proponent of CBT as it has changed my life and enabled me to get off of all medicines. I suffered with Anxiety, panic and depression for years before learning how to use the tools in CBT. My favorite introductory book on CBT has a great last section aimed at abuse survivors if anyone is interested. It's called "Been There, DoneThat? Do This!" by Sam Obitz. I especially identified with the Good Will Hunting chapter and the tools in the earlier sections (based on CBT) are great too. Take care and look into CBT as it is really helpful and you see results remarkably quickly.
