Personally, I feel weak a lot of the time b/c of the fibro, but if something needs to be done, I can usually do it.
There were some health people here at work last week, to check our BP, weight, BMI, etc...and I always enjoy that their stupid BMI table never actually goes high enough...ha...but I'm working on it. I've been walking for 30 mins @ lunch, and doing some strength training at home. In the past 4 weeks I've lost 14 lbs. My goal is to get to 180 (I'm 5'8"), which I haven't been since I was in High School when I played Basketball.
