There is a bright side, it is just hard to see some times.

My mania has brought creativity and success in my field of work along with some bad choices and financial troubles. More good than bad, and it was through my trouble that my family and I have bonded.

My anxiety has hurt my social life, and forming relationships. However that seems to be getting better every day.

My depression has taken me to the point of no return, in which I have survived. My depression has also brought intense introspection as well as a sense of loss. Which has made me empathetic to others.

Everything that I am has been influenced by my disorder. The lives that I have touched sharing my stories are countless. The mistakes I made taught my "normal" siblings to make better choices.

Each one of is a light for others. So yes there is a bright side. Even when I lose sight of it myself.
