exercise has helped me in the past (i refuse to exercise now)
food that contains a lot of water (fruits, veggies, salads, soups) are supposed to help
i know when i only eat a few select things, i end up feeling hungry. i think that's why "they" say to eat a balanced diet.
probably the most important thing is: eat several SNACKS throughout the day. the portions should be small. most people cannot do that so they eat large portions, which encourages the starve/binge cycle.
