Bloom- I take omega 3 and DHA flax oil everyday and I notice if I dont take it (along with other supplements I take) I feel yucky and out of sorts.
And also D3 is very important. The new recommendations are at least 5000mg/day. I take in drops (liquid I find easier) about 8000mg/day which is 4 tiny drops in the am and then 4 more in the pm.
