Yes, you matter and what you feel matters tryingtobeme. what I read was that this grey cloud over my head makes everything I say and everything I think sound really negative and it hurts and I would do just about anything to escape the pain. Since depression comes and goes and comes and goes, please know the cloud of depression will break up, and you will feel good again. Hang in there! Safe hugs for you.
